Our 3-Month Mentorship is designed for artists who want continued guidance after completing their training. Perfect for recent graduates or newly certified lash artists, this program provides hands-on support in a real salon environment while you build confidence, refine your skills, and navigate the beginning of your career. If you’re wondering where to go after training, this mentorship is designed to help bridge the gap between education and real-world experience.

During your 3-month mentorship, you’ll join our salon as an independent contractor, renting a workspace while gaining real-world experience alongside an experienced artist. This allows you to experience the day-to-day operations of a working salon while receiving ongoing guidance with technique, application, client communication, time management, and building confidence behind the chair. Our goal is to provide a supportive environment where you can continue learning as you begin your career.

At the end of your 3-month mentorship, our goal is for you to feel confident taking the next step in your career, whether that’s joining another salon, opening your own studio, or building your business in a space of your own. We believe education doesn’t stop when the mentorship ends, and we’re proud to support artists as they continue to grow.
