REFUND POLICY

Returns & exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to request an exchange, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Receive prior authorization from Simply Divine Lash

non-returnable items

For sanitation and quality assurance, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged through misuse

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Digital products or online courses

refunds

All product sales are final. We do not offer refunds on products. Approved returns may be eligible for store credit or an exchange following inspection of the returned merchandise.

return shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

incorrect shipping information

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges will apply before the order can be reshipped.

damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item(s) so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

training & digital products

All training tuition, deposits, mentorships, online courses, downloadable materials, and digital products are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
