SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Simply Divine Lash. We are committed to getting your products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

processing & shipping

Order Cutoff

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday, will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Orders placed after the daily cutoff, on weekends, or on major U.S. holidays will be processed on the following business day.

tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the shipping carrier to update your tracking status.

Shipping methods & delivery

We currently ship throughout the United States using USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

lash adhesive notice

Lash adhesives are highly sensitive to extreme temperatures. During periods of excessive heat or cold, we strongly recommend selecting Expedited Shipping whenever possible.

Simply Divine Lash is not responsible for adhesives that are damaged due to prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures after delivery, including packages left in hot or freezing mailboxes.

address accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. If shipping to a salon, suite, or commercial location, please include the business name when applicable.

Simply Divine Lash is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

lost, stolen, or damaged packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

If your package is lost, stolen, damaged, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. While we are happy to assist when possible, Simply Divine Lash cannot guarantee carrier-issued resolutions or reimbursements.
