TRAINING POLICIES

TRAINING DEPOSIT

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your seat in any training course. Your seat is not guaranteed until your deposit has been received.

Deposits are applied toward your total tuition balance.

REMAINING BALANCE

The remaining tuition balance must be paid no later than seven (7) days prior to your scheduled training date.

Failure to submit the remaining balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

PAYMENT PLANS

We proudly offer flexible payment plans to help make your education more accessible.

All payment plans must be paid in full before the training date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

STUDENT CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Training deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule your training, your deposit may be transferred one time to another available training date with at least 7 days’ notice.

Any additional rescheduling requests or cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

MODEL REQUIREMENTS

If model is needed

Each student is responsible for providing a model for the hands-on portion of training unless otherwise arranged.

Models are required to arrive on Day Two from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM.

To help create the best learning environment, we recommend that models bring headphones or another quiet activity, as excessive conversation can distract students during application.

certification

Students who successfully complete the training will receive a Certificate of Completion recognizing their participation in the course.

Please note that this certificate reflects completion of the training program and does not replace any state licensing requirements.

To provide the best learning experience for everyone, students are expected to:

Arrive on time each day.
Participate in all classroom and hands-on activities.
Treat instructor, fellow students, and models with professionalism and respect.
Maintain a positive and distraction-free learning environment.

intellectual property

All training manuals, presentations, videos, lash maps, business materials, worksheets, and educational content provided during training remain the intellectual property of Simply Divine Lash.

Training materials may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, recorded, or taught without prior written permission.

ongoing support

Your education doesn’t end when class is over.

Students receive continued support following their training and are encouraged to reach out with questions as they continue building their confidence and careers.
