BOOKING POLICIES
CANCELLATION/NO SHOW
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. No-shows are also charged 100% of the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Please cancel or reschedule through your booking profile as soon as possible.
LATE POLICY
Please be on time for your appointment! If you are going to be late, you will need to contact me ASAP and let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule and will be charged as a no-show or lose your deposit, as we will not have sufficient time to give you the quality time you deserve! It is not beneficial for anyone to have a rushed appointment.
CHILDREN POLICY
Yes, I love children; however, the policy is to respect the artist, as well as the other clients receiving services, by not bringing children unless they can be alone, quiet, and polite. Absolutely NO babies, infants, or toddlers. Please understand that your eyes are closed the entire time, and you cannot watch them. By not following this policy, you may lose your appointment.
DEPOSITS
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for all new appointments to reserve your appointment time. Deposits may be transferred one time to a future appointment if you need to reschedule. After one transfer, or if the appointment is canceled, the deposit will be forfeited. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
PAYMENTS
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Venmo. No other forms of payment are accepted. Please ensure your preferred payment method is available before your appointment.
ILLNESS
We understand that illnesses happen, and we’re happy to reschedule your appointment if you’re feeling unwell. We kindly ask that you do not come to your appointment if you are sick, as the health of our artists and clients is a top priority. Coming in while ill can impact our team and affect our ability to serve other clients. Thank you for helping us maintain a healthy environment for everyone.
